## About the Role As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Webflow, you will play a crucial role in improving the reliability and stability of the company's customer-facing, production infrastructure. This infrastructure serves millions of page views per hour and supports over 2 million users worldwide. Your expertise will ensure that Webflow's platform remains secure and scalable, even as tens of thousands of new projects are launched every month. The role involves working closely with the product and engineering teams to own and evolve the cloud platform, including compute layer, EKS fleet, serverless infrastructure, networking, and cloud operations across AWS and GCP. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the infrastructure-as-code foundation, ensuring that it meets the needs of other teams and supports the company's growth. Webflow is a remote-first company, and this role is based in Argentina. As a permanent, full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. ## What You Will Do - Own and evolve the cloud platform that Webflow's product and engineering teams depend on - Help design and maintain the infrastructure-as-code foundation - Design and maintain the networking layer that connects Webflow's services - Improve observability data to enhance the operation of the infrastructure - Build and maintain AI-powered automation to manage cloud infrastructure - Help define the culture of the growing team as it expands its international presence - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure meets business needs - Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for the infrastructure - Develop and implement best practices for cloud security and compliance - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud infrastructure

## What We Are Looking For - Background as an infrastructure, site reliability engineer, or cloud engineer with enthusiasm for automation and code - 5+ years of experience owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment - Deep hands-on experience with AWS and a strong opinion on good cloud operations - Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale - Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform - Experience navigating multi-region or multi-cloud environments on AWS or GCP - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to stay curious and open to growth, with a proactive approach to emerging technologies

## Nice to Have - Experience with Karpenter, cluster autoscaler, or other Kubernetes-related tools - Familiarity with cloud-based CI/CD pipelines and automated testing - Knowledge of security best practices for cloud infrastructure - Experience with AI-powered automation and machine learning
