What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement and retention
  • Create and curate content for internal channels, including Slack, email, and intranet
  • Plan and execute internal events, such as town halls and team-building activities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and communicate key messages and initiatives
  • Analyze and report on internal communications metrics, including engagement and sentiment analysis
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal communications plan
  • Partner with external communications team to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Manage and maintain internal communications budgets
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support business growth and transformation

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communications strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Experience with internal communications tools, such as Slack and intranet software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
