What You Will Do
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement and retention
- Create and curate content for internal channels, including Slack, email, and intranet
- Plan and execute internal events, such as town halls and team-building activities
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and communicate key messages and initiatives
- Analyze and report on internal communications metrics, including engagement and sentiment analysis
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal communications plan
- Partner with external communications team to ensure alignment and consistency
- Manage and maintain internal communications budgets
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support business growth and transformation
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communications strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with internal communications tools, such as Slack and intranet software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
