About the Role

What You Will Do

• Analyze user requirements to develop and implement solutions for moderately complex processes.
• Lead project teams and mentor junior staff to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Establish and implement new or revised system requirements and procedures.
• Manage more complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in healthcare software and infrastructure.
• Provide professional support for a large multi-facility healthcare organization, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Initiate, coordinate, or lead course corrections to stay on schedule and meet project deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education/experience.
• 7 years of build analyst experience in Epic and/or equivalent healthcare software.
• Epic certification (or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and team leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong understanding of software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations beyond Epic certification.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
