## About the Role As a Senior IT Consultant at EUROPEAN DYNAMICS, you will play a pivotal role in the life-cycle of software implementation and maintenance projects. Your expertise in project management, combined with your knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and ITIL, will enable you to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery. You will be part of a dynamic team of IT experts and consultants who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
The role entails preparing and maintaining project time plans and quality plans, coordinating the activities of implementation and maintenance teams, and elaborating status reports. You will also participate in business analysis and project management meetings and workshops, compiling, reviewing, and validating requirements and specifications at both business and technical levels.
## What You Will Do - Prepare and maintain project time plans and quality plans to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery - Coordinate the activities of implementation and maintenance teams to achieve project goals - Elaborate status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress - Participate in business analysis and project management meetings and workshops to contribute to project planning and execution - Compile, review, and validate requirements and specifications at both business and technical levels - Carry out functional testing to ensure software meets requirements - Prepare end-user documentation to facilitate smooth software adoption - Liaise with clients to manage expectations and deliver high-quality solutions - Deliver Consulting, Training, and Coaching services to clients to enhance their IT capabilities - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project delivery
## What We Are Looking For - University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in Project Management of e-Government projects - At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis of web development projects - Hands-on experience in the development and maintenance of web development projects in the government sector - Good knowledge and experience in Scrum, Agile, Prince2, and ITIL - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
## Nice to Have - Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira - Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure - Certification in ITIL, Scrum, or Agile - Experience in working with international teams and clients
