About the Role
Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical, multi-year programs.Responsibilities
- Define and socialize vision, roadmap, and operating model for complex initiatives.
- Lead risk posture and control design for programs, including compliance, security, and data privacy.
- Establish and enforce governance gates, quarterly planning, and performance dashboards.
- Drive cross-organizational adoption of new delivery models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- 10-12 years of experience in complex IT program delivery.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification required; PgMP strongly preferred.
- Experience with SAFe/SPC, ITIL, or equivalent frameworks beneficial.
