Job Description

About the Role

VideaHealth is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to own and evolve their IT infrastructure. This hands-on individual contributor role will help build reliable, scalable systems and support distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve IT infrastructure to support company growth
  • Manage macOS and/or Windows endpoint management and modern MDM platforms
  • Support network fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
  • Manage SaaS provisioning, particularly with Google Workspace
  • Support A/V systems and conference room technology

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an IT or systems administration role
  • Hands-on experience with macOS and/or Windows endpoint management and modern MDM platforms
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals
  • Experience managing SaaS provisioning, particularly with Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with A/V systems and conference room technology
