About the Role
VideaHealth is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to own and evolve their IT infrastructure. This hands-on individual contributor role will help build reliable, scalable systems and support distributed teams.Responsibilities
- Own and evolve IT infrastructure to support company growth
- Manage macOS and/or Windows endpoint management and modern MDM platforms
- Support network fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
- Manage SaaS provisioning, particularly with Google Workspace
- Support A/V systems and conference room technology
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an IT or systems administration role
- Hands-on experience with macOS and/or Windows endpoint management and modern MDM platforms
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals
- Experience managing SaaS provisioning, particularly with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with A/V systems and conference room technology
