## About the Role The Senior Java Developer position at Vistra Corporate Services is a unique opportunity for an experienced and motivated developer to join a highly successful global payroll services business. This full-time and permanent role is based in Poland, offering regional coverage and the chance to make a significant impact on the Commercial & Product Department's growth. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be part of a highly motivated and engaged team, working closely with the business analysis team, internal payment teams, and external partners to develop and maintain the systems used by payment teams. The role entails developing and maintaining systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services, working across the technology stack, and having a solid grasp of back-end processing and reporting, security fundamentals, data transformation, and web-based user interfaces. The successful candidate will be dealing with everything from initial data exchange and loading, through processing and reporting, to the production of reports.
