About the Role
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving customer engagement and growth at FYXER, a pioneering company that develops AI-powered email solutions. As a seasoned marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle campaigns across email, leveraging your expertise in CRM marketing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with the Growth Lead, James Lester, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant campaigns that enhance the customer journey.Reporting to the Growth Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, creativity, and data-driven decision making. Your focus will be on execution and experimentation, with a relentless pursuit of improvement and optimization. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, leveraging Customer.io and other required platforms
- Design and run experiments to optimize customer engagement, including A/B tests, segmentation experiments, and send-time tests
- Build and manage workflows, sequences, and segmentation logic within Customer.io to drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and relevant campaigns that enhance the customer journey
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, using data to inform campaign decisions and optimize commercial outcomes
- Work closely with the Data team to develop and maintain data-driven insights that inform campaign decisions
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns with product development
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in CRM marketing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making, applying this knowledge to drive campaign innovation and optimization
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and growth
- Expertise in Customer.io, with the ability to build complex campaigns, workflows, and segmentation logic from scratch
- Experience working in B2B or D2C environments, with a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle
- Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and develop data-driven insights
- Experience working with data to inform campaign decisions and optimize commercial outcomes
- Strong writing and messaging skills, with the ability to craft compelling campaign content
Nice to Have
- Experience working across both PLG and sales-assisted motions, with a deep understanding of how to integrate these approaches
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, or intent data platforms
- Experience working in early or growth-stage companies, with a track record of building and scaling marketing campaigns
- Certification in CRM marketing, experimentation, or data-driven decision making
