What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

- Work closely with investors, brokers, property managers, realtors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize HubSpot to manage client relationships, track sales activity, and analyze market trends
- Collaborate with underwriting and closing personnel to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the DSCR market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Provide market insights and recommendations to clients, helping them to make informed decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and realtors
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Continuously monitor and evaluate loan performance, providing feedback and recommendations to clients
