About the Role
Kraken is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join its AI Foundry team, a small group of experts solving high-impact problems by building internal AI tooling.Responsibilities
- Build and ship LLM-powered internal tools to improve knowledge access and support client delivery outcomes
- Take ownership of projects from problem framing to production deployment and monitoring
- Design and operate LLM systems, considering quality, latency, cost, and reliability
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product, and internal users to define MVPs and drive adoption

- Proven experience using LLMs in production beyond proof of concept
