About the Role
The Growth organization at Reddit is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build personalized user experiences. The team connects users to their communities and creates engaging loops to encourage them to keep coming back.Responsibilities
- Use ML and/or LLMs to personalize first and early user experiences on Reddit
- Build systems for real-time feature fetching and model inference
- Build systems for recurring training of models using modern architectures
Requirements
- Proficiency in machine learning and LLMs
- Experience with engineering architecture and execution of key product features
- Ability to provide technical direction to junior engineers

- Be prepared to explain your experience with ML and LLMs, and how you've applied them to drive user growth in previous roles.
- Showcase your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product and design stakeholders.
