Senior Manager, Accounting

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements under US GAAP
• Manage the chart of accounts, general ledger, and fixed assets
• Lead complex revenue recognition under ASC 606 for subscription and usage-based models
• Serve as the internal expert for technical accounting research on new business models
• Run bi-weekly payroll in ADP and oversee accounts payable, expense management, and AR/collections
• Coordinate annual audits and tax prep as the primary liaison with external auditors
• Design and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Manage and mentor a team of two accountants
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting
• Contribute to fundraising and M&A from an accounting perspective

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, with 3+ years of managing or supervising
• Hands-on, daily NetSuite expertise and hands-on payroll processing in ADP or a comparable platform
• Strong technical accounting skills, including experience with ASC 606 and revenue recognition
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex accounting issues
• Experience with financial reporting and close, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Knowledge of internal controls and accounting policies

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI and SaaS companies
• Knowledge of sales and marketing operations
• Certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA
• Experience with fundraising and M&A
