About the Role

Affirm is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Key and Enterprise Account Management team in Canada, focusing on merchant value, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team supporting large Canadian merchants, driving retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
  • Define and execute strategic vision for the team and its merchant portfolio, optimizing coverage models and performance metrics.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to deepen merchant engagement and accelerate adoption of new solutions.
  • Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes.

Requirements

Deep experience in account management, strong operational acumen, and a track record of exceeding targets and building high-performing teams are required.
