Senior Manager, AI Response & Threat

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for managing globally distributed teams, providing guidance and direction on threat detection and response, and ensuring that the company's security operations are aligned with its overall business objectives.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive threat detection and response strategy that leverages AI and machine learning technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security threats
• Manage globally distributed teams and provide guidance and direction on threat detection and response
• Work closely with the Chief Security Officer to develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and provide recommendations for improving the company's security posture
• Participate in incident response activities, including threat detection, containment, and eradication
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement secure coding practices and secure development lifecycle processes

What We Are Looking For

• 6-9 years of experience in security operations, security engineering, or a related field
• Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar environment
• Strong understanding of security operations, threat detection, and mitigation
• Experience managing globally distributed teams
• Technical security engineering experience, including cloud detection engineering across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Ability to find creative solutions to detection at scale
• Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience managing a security operations team
• Red team experience
• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
• Certification in a security-related field, such as CISSP or CEH
