About the Role
DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager for Asset Protection and Safety to oversee safety, security, and asset protection programs across North America's fulfillment network.Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of safety and physical security strategies.
- Promote a vibrant safety culture by training frontline and leadership teams.
- Utilize data analysis from incidents and assessments to drive safety initiatives.
- Create and implement policies and SOPs focusing on minimizing incidents.
- Strengthen physical security measures to protect against various threats.
- Partner with business units to integrate safety into operational models.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in safety, asset protection, or security operations.
- Proven track record of scaling safety or loss prevention initiatives across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols.
