## About the Role The Senior Manager/Associate Director of Strategy & Operations at Natera is a pivotal role that operates at the heart of the Therapeutics & Innovations team. ## What You Will Do - Support leadership in coordinating across R&D, Product, Medical Affairs, and Commercial by tracking key initiatives, maintaining alignment, and ensuring follow-through across workstreams.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in AI, genomics, and therapeutics to inform internal decision-making.
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms, including tracking priorities, managing deliverables, and providing visibility into progress across the team.
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including internal planning, external opportunities, and leadership-driven special projects.
- Provide support for conference and stakeholder engagement, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring successful execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement projects that drive business growth and innovation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
