About the Role

The Senior Manager, B2B Marketing at ShopMy will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that drives demand generation, thought leadership, and sales alignment. This role is critical to the company's growth, as it will own the demand gen strategy end-to-end, from channel mix and content to lead scoring, nurture, and pipeline reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and leading high-performing B2B marketing teams and will be comfortable starting as an individual contributor, moving fast to establish pipeline infrastructure, and then expanding their scope and eventually building a small team underneath them.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Manager, B2B Marketing will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to align on lead quality, handoff SLAs, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to architect the full demand gen motion and evolve and build out a full B2B marketing function, including brand lifecycle, education, and upselling support for the Customer Success team.

What You Will Do

  • Own the demand gen strategy end-to-end, from channel mix and content to lead scoring, nurture, and pipeline reporting
  • Build a repeatable, measurable pipeline of qualified brand leads for the Brand Growth AE team to close
  • Define and own MQL targets, working directly with sales to align on lead quality, handoff SLAs, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce
  • Develop a thought leadership strategy that drives both demand generation and long-term brand retention
  • Partner with Customer Success to support upselling efforts, building marketing programs that help CSMs expand brand accounts
  • Build ABM programs for highest-priority ICP segments, from indie beauty brands to enterprise retailers
  • Architect the full demand gen motion and evolve and build out a full B2B marketing function
  • Extend the digital layer around ShopMy's high-touch events to extend their shelf life and capture intent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact

What We Are Looking For

  • 7-9 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS, marketplace, or platform company
  • Demand gen background is valuable, but we're looking for someone who has operated across the full B2B marketing mix
  • Thought leadership and content chops, with experience using content, education, and brand storytelling to drive demand and retention
  • Proven ownership of pipeline metrics, including MQLs, opportunities created, and revenue influenced
  • Salesforce fluency, for pipeline reporting and campaign attribution
  • Experience working in tight lockstep with both a sales team and a customer success team
  • Understanding of the creator economy and the unique value ShopMy delivers to brand partners seeking authentic, measurable ROI

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ABM platforms and tools, such as Terminus or Demandbase
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce and retail industries, with a focus on beauty and lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Certification in Salesforce or other marketing technology platforms
