About the Role

Airtable is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Gen Content to own and execute the company's demand generation content strategy. This role will serve as a bridge between Product Marketing's positioning and Demand Gen's conversion goals, using AI to drive innovation and experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback into a strategy and content plan
  • Own the demand gen content roadmap, constantly testing new formats, channels, and approaches
  • Use AI for brainstorming, rapid prototyping, audience research, and identifying content opportunities
  • Experiment with emerging formats, such as interactive demos and AI-powered experiences
  • Own the production of high-impact anchor content and build AI-assisted workflows

  • Experience with GTM and demand generation content strategies
  • Strong understanding of audience-centric content creation
  • Ability to leverage AI for content innovation and experimentation
