About the Role

Cority, a global enterprise EHS software provider, is seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Analytics and AI to lead the evolution of its Business Intelligence function. This role combines revenue strategy leadership with hands-on analytics engineering, focusing on building GTM-Ready Intelligence and embedding AI into revenue execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end revenue analytics supporting annual revenue planning, territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, and forecasting
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps leadership to define GTM KPIs, pipeline health metrics, and growth levers
  • Architect executive-ready dashboards and insights driving weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue operating cadences
  • Provide executive visibility into performance and forecast accuracy

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
