About the Role
The Senior Manager - Integrated & Remote Operation Centers role is a key position within Hatch's Digital team, responsible for leading and delivering Integrated and Remote Operation Centers (IROC) related engagements. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation and its application in various industries, including mining, energy, and infrastructure. As a senior manager, this role will involve close collaboration with the Global IROC solution team to contribute to the overall strategy and direction for the development of the IROC offering.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include actively delivering IROC related engagements, providing domain expertise, and coaching and developing people in the region. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for pursuing, nurturing, and leveraging key internal relationships critical for the practice's success. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, Hatch is committed to delivering practical solutions that are safe, innovative, and sustainable.
As part of the Digital USA Delivery Team, the Senior Manager will report to the Digital Principal Mining & Metals USA and will be responsible for co-developing the broader IROC capability in the region. This will involve collaborating closely with the global IROC solution team to shape the development of repeatable offerings that are relevant to the region.
What You Will Do
- Lead and deliver IROC related engagements predominantly in the USA
- Co-develop the broader IROC capability in the region
- Collaborate closely with the Global IROC solution team to contribute to the overall strategy and direction for the development of the IROC offering
- Actively deliver IROC related engagements by providing domain expertise
- Coach and develop people in the region, imparting IROC domain expertise
- Pursue, nurture, and leverage key internal relationships critical for the practice's success
- Evangelize relentlessly to establish Hatch's eminence in the market
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure consistency of approach
- Remain abreast of the industry, competitors, and technology trends and align our services to market needs
- Consider alliances, investment opportunities, and acquisitions to improve market position and grow revenue
What We Are Looking For
- 5-8 years of management consulting or relevant industry and domain experience
- Senior roles in either the implementation or management of digital transformation projects
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with global teams
- Deep understanding of digital transformation and its application in various industries
- Experience with Integrated and Remote Operation Centers (IROC)
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with digital twin, systems integration, and interoperability
