The role reports to the leadership team and will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into clear, prioritized product roadmaps. Your ability to establish a high-performing engineering setup, foster a culture of excellence, and communicate progress to leadership will be key to success.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to develop a clear, prioritized ML product roadmap
• Contribute hands-on technical expertise to the development of platform features
• Establish a high-performing engineering setup for rapid iteration, experimentation, and deployment of models
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and infrastructure to optimize for velocity, quality, and maintainability
• Monitor the ML and AI landscape to ensure the team is up-to-speed on state-of-the-art research and techniques
• Recruit, manage, and develop a diverse and highly-skilled team of Machine Learning Engineers
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of the team's ML products
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Work closely with product and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product roadmaps

What We Are Looking For

• Strong technical expertise in machine learning and AI
• Experience in developing and deploying ML models in production environments
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of engineers
