- Own Marketing's Agent Center of Excellence, driving the marketing team's agent and agentic-workflow strategy end-to-end.
- Co-design and ship AI agents with business owners to automate high-volume, repeatable marketing work.
- Maintain the agent fleet as living infrastructure, treating the agents and skills the marketing team already relies on as production systems.
- Lead the most complex builds yourself and create the framework for how the team evaluates, adopts, and governs AI responsibly.
- Raise the AI-fluency floor across all of marketing, separating what's genuinely useful from hype and giving the team a clear point of view on where to invest attention.
- Manage the ICs who own MarTech, Marketing Ops, and Airtable campaign management, setting direction, growing their agent-engineering capability, and staying hands-on-keyboard yourself.
- Evolve MOPs into a system that uses AI agents and automation to support predictable pipeline and clean lead management.
- Drive Airtable MarketingCentral's evolution into an intelligent ops layer and source of truth for how campaigns are briefed, scoped, prioritized, and handed off.
- Define and govern the martech stack, deciding what to use, why, and how it connects, with a bias toward consolidation and AI-native tooling.
- Own the highest-priority cross-functional initiatives, driving them to a clean outcome with full context on marketing strategy, operations, and data.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in building and shipping AI agents or automated workflows, with a technical background and data-savviness.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage technical ICs and create direction for people whose work is hard to scope.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to make data legible to executives and build the narrative, not just reporting the numbers.
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and other marketing operations tools.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to drive change and make an impact in a fast-moving environment.
- A passion for AI adoption and a deep understanding of its potential to transform marketing operations.
