About the Role

The role is part of the National Accounts team, which is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining key relationships with large restaurant chains across India.As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the complete ownership of national restaurant chains, ensuring sustainable and mutually profitable growth. This involves developing and executing strategic plans to enhance partnerships, leveraging data insights to drive business decisions, and managing the P&L across partners effectively. You will also be expected to resolve partner issues promptly and escalate them to the right internal stakeholders when necessary.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and enhance partnerships with national restaurant chains.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at partner restaurants.
- Leverage data insights and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize partnerships.
- Manage and own the P&L across partners, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Resolve partner issues promptly and escalate them to internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on activations, marketing interventions, and operational performance metrics.
- Streamline processes and systems to maximize customer experience and drive business efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the partner's P&L and business decisions.
- Identify and pursue new growth avenues for restaurants on the platform through deeper engagements.
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate with at least 6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic business plans to drive growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and create actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
