About the Role
The Senior Manager, OSC Business & Program Management, plays a pivotal role in RTX's operations, focusing on deploying and maturing Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) process standards. This involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful deployment of connected factory initiatives across RTX's top manufacturing facilities. The role entails leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the sustained progression of connected factory and process transformation strategies to improve operational efficiency and accelerate site improvement efforts.The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of known science and finds new ways to connect and protect our world. With RTX being the world's largest aerospace and defense company, this role offers the opportunity to work with a global leader, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that make a difference.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the OSC process matrix and supporting artifacts
- Deploy and mature the OSC maturity standards for high-impact processes
- Enhance reporting capabilities for the top 60 sites' maturity scores
- Support the development of the Connected Factory concept
- Oversee site-level improvement plans and drive alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Support or lead CORE leadership weeks and workshops
- Ensure linkage to the Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) initiatives
- Publish supporting Policies and Standard Work through collaboration with Business Units
- Support various councils, including the Industry 4.0 Council and QMS Harmonization
- Travel to various manufacturing sites as required
What We Are Looking For
- A University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Working experience in Operations with a focus on process improvement
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Adjust and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Nice to Have
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Knowledge of the CORE Operating System, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in additional languages
