About the Role

The Senior Manager, Paid Media, will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital strategy for Flourish Research, a company at the forefront of clinical research. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, social media, and native advertising
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and implement compelling ad creatives and landing pages
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a focus on digital advertising and campaign management

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
