About the Role
The Senior Manager, Paid Social position at The Bradford Exchange is a key role in the company's digital marketing team. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of paid social specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. - Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies and improve ROI
- Lead and manage a team of paid social specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, email, and SEO, to align paid social media efforts with broader marketing objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid social media and apply that knowledge to improve campaign performance
- Manage and allocate budget for paid social media campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
- Present campaign results and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and platform representatives
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with paid social media campaigns
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paid social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of paid social media platforms, including their algorithms, ad formats, and targeting options
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns to achieve business objectives
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions
- Experience with paid social media management tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing remote teams
