About the Role

The Senior Manager, People Technology plays a critical role in shaping the future of Webflow's People technology ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, roadmap, and priorities of the People technology ecosystem, ensuring it remains reliable, innovative, and scalable.

As a leader in this space, the Senior Manager, People Technology will be expected to push boundaries, innovating on emerging agentic AI capabilities to transform how the People function operates. What You Will Do

  • Drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and priorities of the People technology ecosystem across cyclical initiatives and the long-term horizon
  • Own the portfolio across owned, co-administered, and integrated tools, identifying, sourcing, and evaluating new technology solutions that scale with the business
  • Partner with People and Operations leaders to identify opportunities to streamline and redesign workflows across the employee lifecycle, surfacing automation and AI opportunities
  • Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for priority use cases across the employee lifecycle
  • Set standards for how People system agents are built, implemented, and maintained
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's technology ecosystem and its impact on the employee experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of People technology solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in People technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the People technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in People technology, with a focus on HR systems, HRIS, and HR technology
  • Strong expertise in People systems, including HRIS, performance management, and talent management
  • Experience with AI and machine learning, particularly in the context of HR and People technology
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based HR systems, such as Workday or BambooHR
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in HR or a related field, such as SHRM or HRCI
