About the Role

The Senior Manager, Platform Activation role is a unique opportunity to join Hilton's in-house Commercial Solutions team, where you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of platform activation strategies. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with critical partners and vendors to establish working practices, clarify roles and responsibilities, and align plans, dependencies, challenges, and risks with the project plan.

The role entails working closely with business leads, product owners, leadership, deployment teams, and Platform Activation to deliver personalized experiences to Hilton's guests. You will be responsible for supporting projects across the business that are considered differentiated capabilities, such as Confirmed Connecting Rooms.

The Senior Manager, Platform Activation will report to the Director, Platform Activation, and will be part of a fully remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with an award-winning culture and to be part of a team that is shaping the future of hospitality.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with critical partners and vendors to establish working practices, clarify roles and responsibilities, and align plans, dependencies, challenges, and risks with the project plan
  • Manage deliverables and support commercial services goals
  • Lead the development of change strategy and tactical change management delivery against commercial program roadmaps
  • Support projects across the business that are considered differentiated capabilities
  • Work closely with business leads, product owners, leadership, deployment teams, and Platform Activation to deliver personalized experiences to Hilton's guests
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Develop and implement platform activation strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform platform activation decisions and optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as digital marketing, platform activation, or commercial services
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with platform activation tools and technologies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media
  • Experience working with vendors and partners to establish and maintain relationships
