About the Role
The Senior Manager Pricing will play a critical role in driving commercial growth for TaskUs, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement pricing strategies. This role will involve leading projects, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions. As a key member of the team, you will work with sales, customer success, and operations teams to drive revenue growth and optimize pricing models.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategy, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for designing and developing competitive intelligence and pursuit support frameworks, as well as providing guidance on pricing structures and commercial models.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of pricing models and commercial structures
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with data analysis and market research
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends
