About the Role
The Senior Manager of Product Management at Gitlab is a strategic leadership role that entails guiding the Agentic Software Delivery portfolio, comprising Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability. This portfolio is critical to Gitlab's mission to empower organizations to increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce security and compliance risk. As the leader of this portfolio, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and long-term vision, ensuring alignment with engineering and go-to-market partners, and driving commercial growth.The Agentic Software Delivery portfolio is at the forefront of Gitlab's innovation, as the company embraces AI as a core productivity multiplier. Your team will consist of senior and principal product managers who are domain experts in their respective areas. You will provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to your team members, helping them navigate the complexities of AI-driven software delivery.

What You Will Do
- Lead a team of senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability
- Define the product strategy and long-term vision for Gitlab's Agentic Software Delivery portfolio
- Connect portfolio decisions across build, package, deploy, and monitor experiences to ensure a coherent customer journey
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on platform investments, architectural direction, and trade-offs across the portfolio
- Drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market alignment with product marketing, sales, pricing, customer success, and solutions engineering
- Use customer insight and product data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
- Identify and prioritize areas for innovation and growth within the portfolio
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software delivery, DevSecOps, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes
- Strong technical background, with experience in AI, machine learning, or related technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen, with experience in pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
