About the Role

OpenRouter is seeking its first Senior Manager Revenue Operations to build and manage the systems, analytics, and processes that support a high-growth GTM organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting early-stage GTM teams and be able to create clarity from chaos.

Responsibilities

  • Own CRM administration, reporting, and workflow configuration
  • Partner with Account Executives to design business value assessment frameworks
  • Manage commissions calculations and compensation processes
  • Build and maintain forecasting models for GTM leadership
  • Develop dashboards covering pipeline, conversion, and rep performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of RevOps experience in SaaS
  • Strong CRM admin and operational analytics skills
  • Experience supporting early-stage GTM teams
  • Highly structured and detail-obsessed operator
