Job Description
About the Role
As the Senior Manager RFP Response, you will lead the end-to-end management of high-value RFP and RFI responses across various markets, including commercial, health plans, and government.Responsibilities
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle: from pre-RFP strategy and qualification through to submission and post-submission.
- Ensure responses are high-quality, competitive, and align with company growth objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Trade, Underwriting, Clinical, and Sales.
- Develop proposals that meet client-specific objectives and adhere to compliance standards.
- Oversee project aspects including pricing strategies, performance guarantees, and regulatory alignment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in proposal management or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing and applying complex data in proposals.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
