About the Role
The Senior Manager, Solutions Architect role at Webflow is a hands-on leadership position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and coaching skills. As a leader in the solutions architecture team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Webflow's digital experience platform across enterprise use cases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems, shape best practices, and influence product direction. The role is remote, with the requirement to reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zones in the United States, and includes an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.Webflow is a remote-first company that values trust, transparency, and creativity. As a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in achieving this mission by leading and supporting a team of solutions architects and driving customer success.
What You Will Do
- Lead and actively support a team of Solutions Architects, driving Webflow adoption through hands-on coaching, deal support, and technical guidance.
- Coach individual contributors in real-time, joining customer calls, refining solutions, and helping them navigate technical discovery, tradeoffs, and delivery with confidence.
- Own and improve the post-sales technical journey, ensuring that customers maximize the value of Webflow's platform.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems, drive adoption across enterprise use cases, and shape best practices and product direction.
- Set a high bar for solution quality and execution, ensuring that customers receive the best possible outcomes from Webflow's platform.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Webflow's platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and future roadmap.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth in the solutions architecture team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing technical guidance and support to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to help solutions architects develop the skills they need to succeed in their roles.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions architecture or similar role, with a proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with digital experience platforms.
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of solutions architects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer problems and develop creative solutions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and/version control systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Webflow's platform or similar digital experience platforms.
- Certification in a relevant technical area, such as solutions architecture or cloud computing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
