About the Role

The Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering role at Webflow is a remote position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and sales acumen. What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of solution engineers to develop and deliver customer-specific solutions

  • Coach and mentor solution engineers to improve their skills and performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or a related field
