About the Role

Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Strategic Accounts team, focusing on large clients across Rest of Asia (RoA). This position involves leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing team of full-cycle account executives who are passionate about working with significant clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead relationships with Twilio's largest customers who consume messaging, voice, platform email, and customer data platform services.
  • Protect and grow Twilio’s business across assigned customers by driving highly analytical and consultative sales cycles.
  • Build deep partnerships across product management, finance, support, and operations.
