The team will be responsible for driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks. The Senior Manager will be responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction for the team, as well as providing coaching and guidance to team members.

What You Will Do
- Build, lead, and develop a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers
- Develop and execute a strategic customer success program that drives customer growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Work closely with Superhuman's most strategic customers to develop and implement customized success plans
- Drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
- Set the overall strategy and direction for the team
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Develop and maintain executive relationships at key strategic accounts
- Serve as the escalation point and senior thought partner when the stakes are highest
- Define the metrics that matter across multi-product adoption, net revenue retention, and health scores
- Build and maintain the operating cadence and accountability frameworks to track and improve metrics
