About the Role
The Tech Ops team at Affirm partners with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure leaders to drive reliability, velocity, and long-term platform health. We're seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Programs to oversee a team of Technical Program Managers and drive strategic program execution.Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed team of Technical Program Managers across several business areas
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, Operations, and Analytics to map strategies and roadmaps
- Develop OKRs, priorities, and operational models to reach goals
- Establish and execute robust program prioritization across Product and Engineering plans
- Drive employee engagement and high-performance culture within the team
