About the Role
The Senior Manager, Thought Leader Programming, is a pivotal position at Corcept Therapeutics, focusing on developing and executing thought leader engagement strategies. This role is distinct in its focus on peer-to-peer education, actionable insights, and their translation into educational and commercial strategies. What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of thought leader engagement strategies aligned with brand and disease education objectives
- Develop and manage key opinion leader (KOL) relationships to support advisory boards, educational content development, speaker programs, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all engagement channels
- Define strategic objectives and plan advisory boards and steering committees aligned with business priorities
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of advisory boards, including cross-functional coordination, RFA development and approvals, advisor selection, faculty management, and agency oversight
- Lead the development of meeting materials and onsite assets (digital and print)
- Collect, synthesize, and communicate insights generated through advisory boards, steering committees, and thought leader engagements
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform brand strategy, educational initiatives, and field execution
- Partner cross-functionally to identify insight needs and ensure findings are effectively disseminated across the organization
- Develop, review, and manage educational and promotional materials to support peer-to-peer engagement

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of thought leader engagement strategies and their impact on brand and disease education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory environment
