About the Role
The Senior Manager, Web Development & Strategy at Iterable is a critical leadership role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, marketing acumen, and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of iterable.com, the company's most important owned marketing asset. This role will lead a cross-functional team of web developers, UX designers, production, and SEO/AEO specialists to drive pipeline growth and deliver a best-in-class experience for every visitor.The Senior Manager will be responsible for setting the vision for the website, balancing short-term conversion priorities with long-term site architecture and experience improvements. This will involve defining and maintaining a clear website strategy aligned to pipeline goals, organic growth targets, and brand standards. The role will also require establishing a test-and-learn culture with a structured experimentation roadmap to continuously improve conversion performance.

What You Will Do
- Own the iterable.com roadmap, balancing short-term conversion priorities with long-term site architecture and experience improvements
- Define and maintain a clear website strategy aligned to pipeline goals, organic growth targets, and brand standards
- Translate business objectives from marketing, sales, and product into web initiatives with clear scope, timelines, and success metrics
- Establish a test-and-learn culture with a structured experimentation roadmap to continuously improve conversion performance
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team spanning web development, UX/design, production, and SEO/AEO
- Set clear priorities, manage workload across the team, and remove blockers to keep execution moving
- Build a high-performing team culture that values craft, data-informed decisions, and rapid iteration
- Partner with recruiting and HR to grow the team as business needs evolve
- Own CRO strategy across the full site, driving pipeline growth and conversion rate optimization
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in web development, strategy, or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing workload across multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and how to drive pipeline growth
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions
- Experience with website optimization and conversion rate improvement
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize for search engines
