About the Role

The Senior Managing Consultant role at ADDENDUM is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management or a specific functional/operational domain. This role involves leading multiple project workstreams, overseeing their execution, and guiding teams to achieve meaningful results. Located in Poland, this position offers the opportunity to work with a global software development and IT team augmentation firm, focusing on fintech, banking, and telco industries.

Day-to-day, the Senior Managing Consultant will work closely with clients in the public and enterprise sectors, shaping project approaches and bringing deep functional or operational expertise. This involves facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution-design sessions, as well as preparing and presenting structured studies, recommendations, and implementation plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate complex ideas, coach consultants and analysts, and act as a subject-matter expert in areas such as public administration, security, law enforcement, defense, or intelligence operations.

Given the nature of the role, it is essential to have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), with a master's degree being a plus. The ability to work confidently in complex client environments, manage multiple workstreams, and present structured, practical solutions is vital.

What You Will Do

  • Lead multiple project workstreams and oversee their successful execution
  • Provide expert guidance in your domain and support strategic decision-making
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution-design sessions
  • Prepare and present structured studies, recommendations, and implementation plans
  • Coach consultants and analysts working on your projects
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in areas such as public administration, security, law enforcement, defense, or intelligence operations
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • English proficiency at B2-C1 level
  • One of the following certifications: PM2, PRINCE2, PMI, or Change Management (or equivalent)
  • Strong background in project management or a clearly defined functional/operational domain
  • Experience consulting for public administration, security, defense, intelligence, or law enforcement organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate confidently in complex client environments
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present structured, practical solutions
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel
