About the Role

The Senior Marketing Analyst position at Tabby is a pivotal role that will be instrumental in driving the company's marketing strategy forward. As a key member of the marketing team, the successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Head of Marketing, Performance Marketing leads, and Product teams, to analyze marketing efficiency and identify the most effective channels for user acquisition and reactivation. The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data and insights to inform marketing decisions, with a focus on optimizing the customer acquisition cost, customer spending forecast, and identifying the optimal mix of marketing channels. This will involve designing and executing experiments to measure incrementality, conducting research and A/B tests, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.

What You Will Do

  • Act as an analytical partner to the Head of Marketing and Performance Marketing leads, challenging plans and shaping data-backed channel mix and budget decisions.
  • Own the mobile attribution framework across paid and organic channels, including setup, maintenance, and quality control in tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments to measure incrementality, including holdout tests, geo experiments, and conversion lift studies.
  • Translate results into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research, and A/B tests, and present findings clearly and compellingly.
  • Measure the impact of offline and upper-funnel campaigns on app installs, sign-ups, branded search, and other performance metrics.
  • Support and monitor existing performance marketing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
  • Own the necessary data flows in collaboration with the Data Engineering team, from defining requirements to validating data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering, to drive business growth and improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/marketing analyst.
  • Deep hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of iOS and Android attribution flows, including SKAN, ATT consent, deferred deep links, and in-app event tracking.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms from Meta and Google.
  • Knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests is a plus.
  • Experience with LTV forecasting and cohort-based revenue modeling is a strong plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Fluent English level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a FinTech or e-commerce company.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages, such as R or Julia.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Certification in data science or marketing analytics.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
