About the Role

The Senior Marketing Coordinator position at Pavago is a unique blend of executive support, marketing execution, and operational management. What You Will Do

  • Support the executive team with daily operations, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing
  • Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, social media posts, and video content
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms, including GoHighLevel CRM
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and projects
  • Create and edit visual content, including graphics, videos, and presentations
  • Manage and optimize social media presence, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, or digital operations support
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms, such as GoHighLevel CRM
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, including Canva and video editing software
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
