Job Description

About the Role

Close is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join their 100% remote team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will help turn great creative into growth outcomes and a competitive advantage. The ideal candidate is a conversion-first designer with experience owning growth or marketing surfaces at a SaaS or PLG company.

Responsibilities

  • Own conversion-driven creative across our website, landing pages, and paid channels
  • Design paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), social content, lifecycle assets (email, onboarding), and whatever else needs to ship
  • Maintain our high craft bar while shipping fast and thinking in data

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing design
  • Strong visual conviction and extraordinarily high taste
  • Experience building or significantly evolving brand guidelines and visual systems
  • AI-forward with active use of AI-assisted creative workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with landing pages, paid ad creative, and experiment results with numbers
