About the Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives for Precision Medicine Group's expanding Autoimmune therapeutic area business. This includes full-service outsourcing and Functional Service Provider models, as well as the core CRO portfolio. As a highly autonomous leader, you will be responsible for translating global strategy into high-impact execution, shaping and refining service messaging, designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and empowering the sales team to achieve their targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to work closely with sales and operational stakeholders to elevate market awareness, strengthen the value proposition, and accelerate lead generation across key service lines. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support the growth of the Autoimmune therapeutic area business and the core CRO portfolio
  • Create messaging frameworks that highlight the features, advantages, and benefits of Precision Medicine Group's services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion
  • Work closely with the sales team to empower them to achieve their targets and provide support for sales enablement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Lead and own strategic planning of marketing efforts for assigned areas, including therapeutic marketing for the growing Autoimmune therapeutic area
  • Support other services within the CRO offerings as assigned
  • Work with stakeholders and agencies to create and execute marketing campaigns
  • Elevate market awareness and strengthen the value proposition of Precision Medicine Group's services

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic marketing, campaign development, and execution
  • Proven experience in driving lead generation and conversion through marketing campaigns
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with sales and operational stakeholders
  • Strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools such as Excel
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex marketing challenges
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the clinical research and development process and the precision medicine industry
