About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager position at Interdot Solutions is a critical leadership role that entails developing and executing a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy. This includes driving 360-degree marketing campaigns that encompass digital, retail, e-commerce, and CRM channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's luxury positioning across all touchpoints.
The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the senior management team and will be responsible for establishing KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, and luxury brands.
- Proven track record in leading and scaling marketing efforts on an international level.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
