About the Role

The Senior Marketing Manager, Localization at Braze is a critical position that owns the strategy and execution of localized marketing programs across key international markets. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, localization workflows, and the ability to drive results through data-driven decision-making. As a key member of the marketing team, the Senior Marketing Manager will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure localized experiences are high-quality, on-brand, and effective.

Day-to-day, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies, managing localization workflows, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future campaigns. This role will also require strong collaboration with regional marketing teams to align localized programs with global campaign strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end localization strategy for the website and marketing journeys across priority markets
  • Partner with Web, Growth, Marketing Ops, and Content teams to manage localization workflows
  • Drive the adoption of AI-assisted translation tooling across marketing programs
  • Define and track key performance metrics, including top-of-funnel engagement and downstream business impact
  • Develop optimization recommendations based on data insights
  • Actively explore and implement new AI-powered tools and workflows to improve localization efficiency
  • Build strong partnerships with regional marketing teams to align localized programs with global campaign strategies
  • Manage localization vendor relationships and QA workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch global campaigns tailored to local audiences

What We Are Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, with meaningful experience in localization, international campaigns, or regional marketing
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from brief through launch
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect engagement metrics to actionable insights
  • Experience with TMS platforms such as Phrase, Smartling, or similar
  • Familiarity with localization vendor management and QA workflows
  • Strong point of view on where AI translation is suitable for top-of-funnel marketing content
  • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and data analysis tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML and web development principles
  • Certification in marketing or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
