Job Description

About the Role

Yotpo is leading the next era of trust and loyalty in eCommerce, and as a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel demand generation plan, owning the entire journey from top-of-funnel awareness programs to mid- and bottom-funnel conversion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will report to the VP of Demand Gen and work closely with teams across Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Partners. As a key member of the US marketing team, you will help brands create lasting connections with customers in an AI-driven, everywhere-commerce world.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel B2B demand generation plan that increases brand awareness and drives customer acquisition
  • Manage campaigns from ideation through launch and analysis, using data to measure effectiveness and optimize ROI
  • Drive marketing execution for product launches, including landing pages, email sequences, paid ad briefs, case studies, and coordination across Product, CS, and Sales
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials like website content, blog posts, and case studies that support demand generation
  • Develop deep knowledge of Yotpo's products, competition, buyer personas, and value propositions to sharpen messaging and optimize the funnel
  • Collaborate across teams and time zones, building strong relationships with stakeholders to keep campaigns aligned with business priorities
  • Plan and execute a full-funnel campaign, owning the entire journey from awareness to conversion
  • Use HubSpot and Salesforce to manage campaigns, analyze data, and report on KPIs like Signups, MQLs, SALs, and ACV
  • Create compelling content and collateral to support demand generation, including website content, blog posts, and case studies

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or eCommerce
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email creation, audience segmentation, and campaign management
  • Experience with Salesforce, including data analysis and reporting
  • Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop and execute a full-funnel demand generation plan
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure effectiveness and optimize ROI
  • Experience with campaign management, including launch and analysis
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including Signups, MQLs, SALs, and ACV

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid ad platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, including Marketo and Pardot
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including SQL and Excel
  • Certification in HubSpot or Salesforce, including Inbound Marketing and Sales Cloud
