About the Role
The Senior Marketing Media Manager role at Ramp is a critical position that will help drive the company's domestic and international growth. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing media strategies across various channels, including Linear TV, YouTube, and Out-of-Home. You will work closely with the team to identify and pressure-test campaign themes and creative concepts that resonate with customers.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing media channels and a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. You will be responsible for owning marketing media channels end-to-end, from investment strategy and budget pacing to audience targeting and measurement.

What You Will Do
- Develop qualitative research and strategic frameworks to govern brand marketing budget allocation across channels and markets
- Own marketing media channels end-to-end, from investment strategy and budget pacing to audience targeting and measurement
- Design measurement approaches to quantify the effectiveness of every strategy, placement, and buy
- Work with the brand marketing team to identify, pressure-test, and execute on campaign themes and creative concepts
- Build and deploy AI agents to automate channel operations, management, and strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to optimize marketing media strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing media efforts with business objectives
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track marketing media performance
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a quantitative marketing, growth, or comparable decision-science role
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw clear insights from complex data
- Strong understanding of marketing media channels and a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with AI and machine learning, with the ability to build and deploy AI agents to automate channel operations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
