About the Role
The Senior Marketing Operations Manager role at Salesloft is a pivotal position that combines technical expertise with marketing strategy to drive business growth. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing operations processes that support the company's go-to-market strategy. Your primary focus will be on owning the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, LeanData, and Tray.io, to ensure seamless integration and efficient data flow.The marketing operations function plays a critical role in Salesloft's revenue growth strategy, as it enables the company to scale its marketing efforts, improve data quality, and enhance customer engagement. As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align marketing operations with business objectives. Your technical expertise and marketing acumen will be essential in driving the company's revenue growth and helping to establish Salesloft as a leader in the sales engagement platform space.

What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing operations processes to support Salesloft's go-to-market strategy
- Own the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, LeanData, and Tray.io, to ensure seamless integration and efficient data flow
- Develop and maintain advanced workflow automations to streamline marketing operations and improve data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align marketing operations with business objectives
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on marketing technology and data integration to support business growth
- Manage and optimize the lead routing graph to ensure buyer signals and outcomes-driven prioritization
- Safeguard integration health across the ecosystem, proactively troubleshooting errors and partnering with Business Systems to ensure seamless data flows
- Lead critical operational cadences, including weekly KPI reporting, email send calendars, and comprehensive list import quality assurance
- Manage the marketing operations agency relationship, maximizing execution capacity by aligning on scope, throughput, and strict SLAs
- Develop and maintain documentation of marketing operations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a technology or software company
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc.), data integration tools (LeanData, Tray.io, etc.), and CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with GTM strategy and operations, including sales and marketing alignment and revenue growth planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (git, etc.)
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and ability to create interactive dashboards
- Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations and their impact on marketing operations
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered marketing automation platforms and predictive analytics tools
- Certification in marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot, etc.) or data science (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with cloud-based marketing technology stacks and integration with CRM systems
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment principles and revenue growth strategies
- Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
