About the Role

The Senior Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager will play a central role in Glow25's CRM & Retention Team, combining strategic thinking with commercial understanding to ensure campaigns are well-planned and measurably successful. This role will focus on developing and executing a consistent campaign strategy, translating business objectives into a clearly prioritized marketing calendar, and driving revenue growth through CRM channels.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer lifecycle and retention mechanics, with experience in managing campaigns that drive direct impact on revenue and performance. The role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to lead, challenge, and align diverse stakeholders toward shared goals.

What You Will Do

  • Develop a consistent campaign strategy based on business objectives
  • Translate business objectives into a clearly prioritized marketing calendar
  • Ensure all measures are consistently aligned with revenue growth, with a focus on CRM channels (Email, WhatsApp, and SMS)
  • Plan and manage commercial campaigns and events holistically
  • Ensure early alignment between all teams involved
  • Define clear goals, KPIs, and budgets for each campaign
  • Take ownership of operational steering across all involved functions
  • Evaluate campaign results against defined KPIs
  • Conduct structured post-mortem analyses and develop best practices and playbooks for recurring campaign formats and seasonal sales events
  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Identify new growth opportunities and further develop the strategy

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong English skills (written and spoken), with German as a plus
  • Several years of experience in strategic marketing planning and project management, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment
  • Proven success in developing and managing campaigns that drive direct impact on revenue and performance
  • Deep understanding of CRM and retention mechanics
  • Experience in developing and optimizing campaigns along the customer lifecycle
  • Commercial thinking, with the ability to prioritize by impact
  • Structured, analytical, and decisive approach, with a pragmatic execution
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead, challenge, and align diverse stakeholders
